Shipping & delivery

I aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 3 working days.

Orders are currently sent using Royal Mail tracked delivery, allowing your parcel's journey to be followed and providing delivery confirmation.

Standard UK delivery is currently £4.24.

During particularly busy periods, including Christmas, dispatch may take a little longer. If there's ever an unexpected delay with your order, I'll do my best to keep you informed.

Packaging

Every Manchester Candle Makers order is packed by me with care in Manchester.

I use recyclable kraft cardboard boxes, recyclable paper tape and water-based ink for my packaging stamp.

For protection in transit, I use shredded wood packaging rather than plastic packing materials — and it can even be reused as kindling afterwards.

Because much of my collection includes individually handmade pottery, I take particular care when packing pieces for delivery.

Damaged or incorrect orders

I hope you'll love your Manchester Candle Makers order, but if something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, please contact me as soon as possible at hello@manchestercandlemakers.co.uk.

Please include your order details and, where relevant, photographs of the item and packaging so I can help resolve the problem.

Returns

If you've changed your mind about an order, please contact me before returning anything so I can provide the appropriate return information.

Unless otherwise agreed, the cost of returning an unwanted item is the customer's responsibility.

Items should be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.
